If you are not comfortable in a regular yoga class or interested in trying chair yoga join Regina Pfeifer a certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT). We also practice mindfulness and breath awareness, mudras and often include Kirtan Kriya.

Pelvic Health for Women

In this class you will strengthen the Core 4 (pelvic floor, diaphragm, multifidus and transverse abdominals), improve breathing that supports pelvic health, better understand the anatomy of the pelvis including bones, muscles, organs and ligaments and how they connect with the overall body.

You can benefit from this class if you have concerns about pelvic girdle and low back pain (including SI Joint), pelvic floor dysfunction, prolapse or incontinence.
 
No previous yoga experience required.

Mindful Movement for Women: A 6-week Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Series
Apr 3, 2019 - May 8, 2019
 

This 6-week series is designed for women living with the impacts of trauma, utilizing a movement practice that cultivates body connection and agency.
 
Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) is an empirically validated, adjunctive clinical treatment for complex trauma or chronic, treatment-resistant PTSD and is underpinned by attachment theory, trauma theory and neuroscience.
 
Beginners are welcome.
 
The class is facilitated by Sarah Holmes de Castro, a certified Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Facilitator and TCTSY trainer.
