This gentle class explores slow gentle movements and stretches to mobilize the joints while inviting in a deeper breath practice and core connection. The gentle movements are intertwined with restorative postures to calm the nervous system and invite deep rest for the body and mind.

How can we use the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine to welcome spring?
After resting in the winter and water element, the energy of the wood element bursts forward. It's time to cleanse and clear. To make new plans, set your direction and move forward.
In this series, we will learn:
- Spring-Focused Yin Yoga practices with a focus on the liver (and is partnered organ the gallbladder) meridians
- Meridian tapping & Acupressure
- All about the wood element in Traditional Chinese medicine
- Season lifestyle considerations for food, movement, sleep.
