Your mind has more than one element of focus which can offer a quick, quiet break from the thinking mind or even perhaps a doorway to bliss.

Active meditation can include different breath patterns of the following combinations:

- breath with mudra (hand gestures),

- breath with mantra,

- breath with simple movement
