5 Week Prenatal Yoga Series - taught by Jennifer Greenlaw - 500Hr RYT plus 85Hrs Prenatal Yoga Certification with three years of providing Prenatal Yoga to the greater Saint John area.

Mondays 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
1 hour (45 min Yoga/15 min for discussion)

Prenatal Yoga can:

Scorpio isn’t surface-level energy. It pulls you into the places you avoid, the emotions you’ve tucked away, the patterns ready to shift.
 
Through grounding, guided dyads, and personal reflection, you’ll explore what’s present beneath the surface, deepening into a Conscious Connected Breathwork journey.
This is an active, guided breathing practice done lying down, with music to support you throughout.
 
This experience can support the release of held emotion or tension, offer clarity around patterns, and help you reconnect with your intuition and inner truth, creating space for something new to emerge, without needing to force or figure it all out.
 
No experience is needed. You’re welcome to move at your own pace, and everything is invitational.

Yin and Pin with Jennifer Greenlaw leading the Yin portion and Charlene Pierce DOMP, R.Ac leading the Pin portion. While you're lying with your pins in at the end of your practice, Jennifer will lead you through a guided Yoga Nidra.
 
The cost of each session is $50+txs, and you will receive a $30 receipt for the acupuncture portion of your session that you can provide for insurance.
