October 9th, 2025 “Balancing at the Equinox”
Theme: Harmonizing Yin & Yang, calming the nervous system, and resetting internal balance as day and night are equal.
TCM Focus: Harmonize Liver & Spleen, nourish fluids, begin gently supporting Lung Qi for autumn.
November 6th, 2025 – “Rooting into Metal”
Theme: Strengthening the Lungs, moistening dryness, building resilience against seasonal pathogens.
TCM Focus: Tonify Lung & Wei Qi, nourish Yin, release any lingering grief or sadness.
