Positions & Terminology
From first, second, fifth, and parallel positions to pliés, relevés, pulses, and lifts—you’ll gain a clear understanding of the vocabulary used in class and how each movement supports functional strength.
Barre Technique at the Barre
Experience step-by-step instruction on lower-body work, including thigh series, glute and seat activation, and calf strengthening. You'll learn how to work with precision, small ranges of motion, and intentional muscle engagement to feel the “Barre burn.”
Upper Body & Core Essentials
We’ll break down Barre-style arm sequences using light weights and controlled movement, followed by foundational core exercises to help you build stability, stamina, and endurance.
Modifications & Progressions
