A 4-week Meditation and Mindfulness class designed to help you create moments of calm in your day to day life. Learn stress-reducing breathing and mindfulness techniques. Establish small daily practices to help increase calm and implement bite-sized self-care.

- Guided Breathing practices

- Mindfulness practices

- Theory of Meditation

- 11 minute Guided Meditations

This course is for you if you are short on time and looking to have more time for self-care practices in your daily life. We will learn how to incorporate meditation and mindfulness values into our existing habits and sprinkle easy practices in a variety of settings to keep ourselves present. This course is appropriate for beginners.
