How do you show yourself Love? What makes you feel good? What makes you feel sexy? When is the last time you told yourself that you are beautiful just the way you are? That you are enough? That you are worthy? That your existence matters? That you are Whole, with, or without someone else to validate your purpose? That you deserve to voice your truth • and have it be heard, felt and seen?
EVERYTHING STARTS WITH SELF-LOVE. Self-love requires you to be honest about your current choices and thought patterns that may be toxic, disempowering, self-deprecating and self-sabotaging to your true Self and undertake new practices that reflect genuine self-worth and self-love. When we embody self-worth and self-love in how we show up in the world, we allow ourselves to attract situations, people and experiences that will starve our ego and feed our hearts and souls.
In the first portion of the workshop, attendees will be taken through interactive group exercises to explore and debunk existing patterns, harmful programming + beliefs that are held around their feminine cycles, their sensuality and sexuality, and their connection to their authentic self, voice and expression.
The first portion of the workshop will be followed with a sensual yoga class.

Sensual yoga helps you develop heightened sense of bodily awareness, sense of self and confidence, increased sensuality, comfort with and ease in YOUR body. For too long have our bodies been shamed, taken advantage of, dishonoured and disrespected. We have internalized these truths as our own, and walk through this life in accordance with that embodiment. When we learn to TRUST OUR BODIES again • everything shifts. When a woman finds wholeness, by loving each individual layer of herself — she heals — and therefore heals the world.
In this yoga experience Anja creates a safe space for women to dive into, feel and express their inner emotional landscape. She is committed in supporting you in the remembrance of the truth, of who you are, of what you are meant to do here on Earth — guiding you into the knowing, that all the answers and wisdom that you are seeking lie within you and your sacred body.
You can expect a highly transformative practice that can create ultimate freedom in the body, the mind and the Self. We consciously explore each pose as we start to re-pattern the body and its movements, down to a cellular level. In the physical practice, alignment will be focused on, to create an intelligent practice; educating the practitioner on WHY they are practicing what they are. In the energetic practice (including meditation, breath-work (pranayama), visualization and intention-setting), there is a focus and encouragement to move from the heart, and to allow oneself to witness everything that comes up in and outside of practice in order to get closer to their guiding truth.
