On Saturday, May 30 at 10am, we’ll move through a 45-minute all-levels yoga class designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself in the peaceful beauty of the farm. No yoga experience is needed — beginners are absolutely welcome!
After class, enjoy 15 minutes of mini cow interaction, photo opportunities, and plenty of smiles with these adorable fluffy friends. It’s the perfect blend of movement, nature, community, and pure happiness.

☀️ Celebrate the height of the light with a powerful and intentional Summer Solstice practice led by Jen + Megan. Together, we’ll honor this seasonal turning point with movement, breath, meditation, and community.
This special class will begin with grounding and centering to help you settle into the energy of the day before moving through 108 Sun Salutations — a traditional moving meditation symbolizing renewal, clarity, transformation, and intention. The Sun Salutations will be thoughtfully broken into accessible segments, with guided meditation and rest woven throughout so you can move at your own pace and stay connected to the deeper meaning of the practice.
Expect an uplifting and energizing experience designed to help you release what no longer serves you; invite the vibrancy of a new season; and reconnect to yourself through breath and movement. All levels are welcome, and modifications and rest are always encouraged.
