1. Reformer Anatomy & Mechanics
Gain a deep understanding of the Reformer’s structure and function. Learn the anatomy of each component—carriage, springs, footbar, pulleys, ropes, and shoulder blocks—and how they work together to create resistance and support. 2. Class Planning & Programming
Learn how to structure a balanced and effective Reformer class from start to finish. Join us for “Harmonic Healing” - a deeply immersive 90-minute experience blending gentle yoga, guided meditation, and an expansive sound bath designed to calm the nervous system and restore balance.
This special event is led by Candace Krstovic, who will guide a soothing, accessible yoga flow and meditation, alongside Randy Dalton, who brings an incredible collection of sound healing instruments. Together they create a rich sensory journey using gongs, crystal and metal sound bowls, rain sticks, wave drums, chimes, and more — layering vibrations that you can feel throughout the body.
Expect a grounding yoga practice to open the body, followed by a guided meditation and an extended sound bath where you’ll simply rest and receive. The combination of movement and sound creates space for deep relaxation, emotional release, and mental clarity.
