The heart of our tacos is rich, savory, and perfectly balanced with
spices and texture. A delicious plant-based alternative you can use
in tacos, lasagna, stuffed zucchini, bell peppers, or tomatoes.
During our time, we will:
• Create raw “meatless meat” for tacos
• Prepare freshly made guacamole
• Make traditional Mexican-style salsa
• Create a vibrant, crunchy cabbage salad
• Learn how to prepare a creamy cashew sour cream so delicious you won’t miss the original
We’ll serve our tacos wrapped in crisp lettuce leaves and topped with vibrant cabbage salad, fresh guacamole, and cashew sour cream.
After class, we will celebrate by sharing a meal.
