Lollipop Workshop 1pm (Mixed Levels)
The Lollipop is a fun and versatile apparatus used in aerial arts. It's a free-standing pole with a hoop attached to the top, combining elements of both pole dance and aerial hoop. This hybrid apparatus allows performers to explore and blend moves from both disciplines, offering a unique challenge for students who are already familiar with either pole or hoop. Students will learn how to combine pole and hoop tricks in innovative ways, adding a twist to familiar moves.
Prerequisites: This workshop is intended for students with some prior experience in either aerial hoop or pole dance, basic inversion skills are a necessity.
What to bring: Both leggings and shorts, comfortable yoga wear on top, water bottle!
