Salsa Technique & Styling (Mambo 150)

Open-Level technique focused salsa class focused on body movement, timing and indivdual expression. Classes could include topics such as spin drills, hip and shoulder isolation, stretching and understanding salsa rhythm.

Level: High-Beginner to Intermediate (All are welcome to drop-in and try the class.)

Salsa On2 Partner Technique - Intermediate (Mambo 250)

This class aimed at students who have mastered salsa basics and are looking to add more vocabulary to both their shines and partnerwork patterns. This is our most popular class. Advanced registration recommended.

Level: Intermediate

Pre-Requisite: Salas 101/102, Salsa 121/122, Mambo 201

Style: Partnerwork Focused

Partner: No Partners Necessary

Length: Monthly Rotation. Register for full series for a discount

Program Details:

• Schedule: Monday or Wednesday weekly classes; 1-month duration
• Solo Participation: No partner necessary; pre-registration required.
• Starting Point: Absolute beginners must begin with the 101 series before progressing to 102.
• Series Rotation: Monthly alternation between 101 and 102.
• Progression: Complete both 101 and 102 series to receive an assessment and advance to 200-level classes.

Embark on the next stage of your dance journey with our Advanced Beginner Monthly 121/122 Series! Having mastered the basics in Salsa 101/102, it's now time to enrich your dance vocabulary with new repertoire and moves.

Program Highlights:

• Pre-Requisite: Salsa 101/102
• Duration: 1 month serie with weekly classes
• Solo Participation: No partner necessary. Pre-registration required.
• Progression: Complete 6 months of 120 level to receive an assessment to advance to the 200 level classes.
