A focused conditioning class designed to improve strength,
mobility, flexibility, and body awareness to help you dance better
and prevent injuries.
Who is it
for?
Dancers of all levels and styles including salsa, bachata, heels,
jazz, contemporary, hip hop, and more. If you want better balance,
cleaner turns, deeper lines, and more confidence in your movement,
this class is for you.
What to

• Strength exercises for stability and control
• Stretching for improved flexibility
• Mobility work for healthier joints
