This series is focused on creating a safe and comfortable space for pregnant women to move and help relieve some of the discomforts in our changing bodies that occur during pregnancy. Yoga, pranayama, meditation, and restorative yoga will take place during this workshop.
Have a waterbottle and any props that you will need to assist you during this class. Some recommendations for props are yoga blocks, bolsters, blankets, pillows, or pregnancy pillows. Bring as many of each as you wish to support you during class but none of these are mandatory for this practice. You can bring anything else you have to make yourself more comfortable during practice
