Celebrate Pride with us on the mat!
We’re throwing a feel-good, all-levels yoga class to honor love in all its forms—and support the amazing work of NWA Girl Gang, a nonprofit that uplifts women and gender-diverse people in Northwest Arkansas.
This isn’t your average yoga class. Think good music, big heart energy, lots of laughter, and a welcoming space for every body. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just curious, come as you are and move with us in celebration, community, and pride.
100% of proceeds go to NWA Girl Gang
All bodies, all identities, and all experience levels welcome
Come ready to stretch, smile, and feel the love!
Bring your mat, your friends, and your fabulous self—we can’t wait to flow with you!

Celebrate the longest day of the year with an evening of sound healing under the open sky, surrounded by blooming fields and blueberry bushes. This special gathering will include gentle movement, intention-setting, and a deeply restorative sound journey. Bring a blanket, your favorite journal, and a heart open to summer magic.

This compassionate and trauma-informed yoga class and support group is designed to create a safe, nurturing space for survivors of sexual abuse. Combining gentle yoga practices with journaling and group discussion, the class focuses on healing and rebuilding a sense of body awareness, strength, and inner peace. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, participants can reconnect with their bodies in a supportive environment, fostering empowerment, self-compassion, and emotional resilience. The group discussions provide a confidential space to share experiences, offer support, and build community. Whether you’re new to yoga or have prior experience, this class is intended to meet you where you are in your healing journey, helping you cultivate a deeper sense of safety, self-love, and healing.
This class is not a replacement for therapy with a licensed professional. For extra support please contact the NWA Center for Sexual Assault.
