Galentine's & Gratitude is a chance to celebrate strong women and BFF’s. Treat you and your BFF to a special yoga event for Galentine’s Day! Start with a light nibbles and sips and experience a 45-minute yoga, meditation and gratitude class led by the Beehive gals. The evening wraps up with a soul-nourishing gift and chocolate dessert.
The event begins at 7 PM and will include plenty of time to catch up with your friends. Bring your mat and be ready to move, laugh, and celebrate.
Tickets ($20 single OR $35 pair) include yoga, nibbles, sips and JOY.


Beginner Yoga for Men is a welcoming class designed to improve flexibility, strength, and relaxation in a supportive, no-pressure environment. Perfect for those new to yoga, this session focuses on foundational poses, mindful breathing, and simple stretches to ease tension and enhance mobility. Whether you’re looking to improve athletic performance, reduce stress, or just move better in daily life, this class offers a practical and accessible introduction to yoga. No experience or flexibility required—just bring an open mind and a willingness to move!

This compassionate and trauma-informed yoga class and support group is designed to create a safe, nurturing space for survivors of sexual abuse. Combining gentle yoga practices with journaling and group discussion, the class focuses on healing and rebuilding a sense of body awareness, strength, and inner peace. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, participants can reconnect with their bodies in a supportive environment, fostering empowerment, self-compassion, and emotional resilience. The group discussions provide a confidential space to share experiences, offer support, and build community. Whether you’re new to yoga or have prior experience, this class is intended to meet you where you are in your healing journey, helping you cultivate a deeper sense of safety, self-love, and healing.
