Research shows that mindfulness practices can help with mental and emotional health. They can also help with physical pain. This class is a supportive place to learn or deepen your meditation practice. Meditation, body and breathwork, gratitude, and self-compassion are some of the topics covered. Get Back to Basics in this 4 week series for all levels. You'll have 4 opportunities to go to meditation - Friday mornings from 1030-1130 am.
Whether you
are a beginner or coming back to the practice after an extended
break, this series will teach you what you need to know to begin a
regular meditation practice. Have questions? There will be plenty
of time for Q&A and personal attention from the
instructor.
