In this two-hour intensive, Aldo will guide you through the fundamentals that give flamenco its unmistakable power and elegance. You’ll learn:

Posture and body
alignment to cultivate presence, strength, and clean
lines
Movement dynamics and
shaping to refine your technique and elevate your

Comparisons between
flamenco and Middle Eastern dance, highlighting shared
roots, distinct aesthetics, and how dancers can draw from both
traditions in fusion work
