Movement is one of the oldest ways humans communicate. Before we had language, we had rhythm and touch.
Join us for a donation-based Contact Improvisation class where
we’ll explore how movement can become a form of connection and
conversation without words. This class is open to all bodies and
all experience levels. You do not need to be a dancer. Together we
will explore:
• Moving through different levels (floor, mid-level,
standing)
• Leading with different parts of the body
• Solo movement and body awareness
• Dancing in pairs and small groups
• A contact improv jam at the end where you can freely explore what
you’ve learned
Contact improvisation is a practice of listening through
movement. No choreography. No pressure to perform. No need to
explain yourself. What you might experience:
• Playful connection with yourself and others
• A way to communicate without overthinking or overexplaining
•A meditative state that calms your nervous system
First time? Perfect. Most people attending will be beginners. Everything will be guided and accessible.
March 22 from 3:30-5pm
Donation-based (pay what feels good)
Bring comfortable clothes you can move in and water.
The nights are becoming shorter,
and the days a little longer.
As we shed one season and move
into another—
how is your breath in this transition?
What seeds survived in the
dark
and are now asking for warmth,
attention,
and space to bloom?
Join Hannah Bell for a freedom-forward ecstatic dance experience that honors the slow intelligence of nature and the body’s innate timing.
This is an invitation to listen
beneath the noise—
to let movement become sunlight, water, and soil
for the parts of you that are quietly coming alive.
You don’t need to fix
anything.
You don’t need to know what’s next.
You only need to show up and move honestly.
Some dances look like gentle
unfurling.
Some look like wild growth.
Some look like stillness, composting, and rest.
All of it belongs in the garden.
This evening is a
sacred, sober, and
inclusive container
for embodied exploration, play, release, and renewal.
Come as you
are.
You likely won’t leave the same.
Cacao and mocktails will be available for
purchase (honor system).
This is a donation-based

Take a deep breath, let go, and enter a space of peace and stillness
Let’s gather together in to welcome a new wave of energy for the weekend. Through the power of intention, sound, and stillness, we’ll raise our vibration as a group…supporting both ourselves and one another in deep, heart-centered healing.
A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are immersed in soothing tones and healing vibrations. As you lie down and relax, the resonant tones of quartz crystal singing bowls wash over you, helping to quiet the mind, release tension, and bring your body back into balance.
Combined with a gentle guided meditation, this practice naturally calms the nervous system and supports emotional and energetic alignment. The frequencies of the sound bowls help shift brainwaves into more relaxed states, such as alpha and theta, which are associated with rest, creativity, and deep healing.
This is your time to simply receive, rest, and reconnect with yourself.
Judgement is something we’ve all felt, and probably feel on a regular basis if we’re willing to admit it. There are biological reasons why judgement comes up in our system. In some cases, the ability to judge someone correctly could have been a matter of life and death. But so often we experience judgment day to day where there is no real threat present. It’s often rooted in control and the need to feel superior to others, ultimately causing separation rather than connection that we truly want. This is the judgement we want to address and release
Judgement is a very outwardly felt emotion, but the irony is that, often the judgement we feel towards others is a direct projection of how we feel about ourselves. In this workshop, we’re going to unpack that. Join us for a conversation around judgment, where it lives in the body, how it shows up in our life, and how it keeps us from embodying love and compassion. This workshop will include practices to down-regulate the nervous system and connect to your body so that you can release the weight of judgment.
This workshop is for you if you...
Have a pattern of criticizing yourself or others
Struggle with self-love or self-worth
Have been on a healing journey and want a safe place to expand on that work
Are wanting to practice feeling into compassion and love
This is a place where ALL emotions and experiences are welcome. We will create and hold a container where there is space for it all. No experience is needed. If you feel a pull, trust it and join us. Come as you are.
Bring a journal and a mat if you have one. We have everything else you need. Just show up!
