Unlearning Shame: A Somatic & Emotional Release Workshop
Mar 8, 2026 - Mar 8, 2026

What we’ll explore:

This experience is designed to help the body feel safe enough to let go of stored emotional energy—especially shame and fear—held in the fascia (connective tissue).

Through guided practices, we will explore:

• Nervous system regulation and grounding
• Breathwork and meditation
• Somatic awareness and gentle movement
• Journaling and inner inquiry
• EFT tapping for shame
• Body scanning and emotional mapping
• Vocalization, sound, and emotional release

Everything is invitational. You are always in choice.

Why this matters:

Shame often forms early—through family, school, religion, or relationships—and becomes so familiar it feels like who we are. Releasing shame restores self-trust, self-permission, and aliveness.

You may experience emotional release, physical softening, clarity, or deep relief. All responses are welcome here.

This workshop is for you if:
• You struggle with self-judgment or hiding parts of yourself
• You feel disconnected from your body or worth
• You’re ready for body-based healing, not just talking
• You want to soften instead of push through

No prior experience is needed. Come as you are. Your body knows what it’s ready to release.

Garden of the Soul — An Ecstatic Dance
Mar 27, 2026 - Mar 27, 2026

The nights are becoming shorter,
and the days a little longer.

As we shed one season and move into another—
how is your breath in this transition?

What seeds survived in the dark
and are now asking for warmth,
attention,
and space to bloom?

Join Hannah Bell for a freedom-forward ecstatic dance experience that honors the slow intelligence of nature and the body’s innate timing.

This is an invitation to listen beneath the noise—
to let movement become sunlight, water, and soil
for the parts of you that are quietly coming alive.

You don’t need to fix anything.
You don’t need to know what’s next.
You only need to show up and move honestly.

Some dances look like gentle unfurling.
Some look like wild growth.
Some look like stillness, composting, and rest.

All of it belongs in the garden.

This evening is a sacred, sober, and inclusive container
for embodied exploration, play, release, and renewal.

Come as you are.
You likely won’t leave the same.

Cacao and mocktails will be available for purchase (honor system).
This is a donation-based event (suggested $20—pay what you can).
Your support helps keep these spaces sustainable.
