Journey through the Chakras a workshop with Julie Lindley ERYT200 and Wellness Coach. Discover the hidden forces within you! Your Chakras are integral to every part of your wellness. They are the body’s energy centers or internal super highway through which the life force flows, helping you to maintain physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual balance. Come and explore the nature of these colorful, spinning wheels of energy. Understand their purpose and learn how to rid yourself of anything that may be blocking this amazing energy pathway to your health and well-being. No experience is necessary, just come as you are and open your heart and mind. If you don’t have a yoga mat, we have plenty here at Be Love Owasso. There will be a short chakra balancing asana at the end of the workshop so wear something comfortable that you can move in.

Geared for the beginner or those curious about yoga, these classes are designed to provide the basis necessary to continue practicing with confidence. Explore alignment and breath along with foundational poses and centering. Students will be introduced to common yoga postures through verbal cues, demonstration, and practice.
Yoga is known to strengthen your body and reduce stress and anxiety. The benefits of yoga will spill into your everyday life as you will feel more confident and less stressed during your day to day routine.

I wanted to create a space for everyone to come together to open their minds and hearts. Think Outside is a platform and resource that encourages you to “think outside the box”, get vulnerable and connect with like-minded people. We will be in the midst of the Full Moon in Leo energy so there will be a lot of emotion, release and some ceremonial practices incorporated throughout.

Asana required a different type of strength and mobility that she had not bargained for as a former athlete. Despite the frustration and challenges she often met on the beginning path of yoga, she continued and found a renewed sense of vitality and clarity.
Today Day is an enthusiastic student of Ashtanga Yoga, practicing in lineage of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, having completed the Intermediate series and learning the Third series under R. Sharath Jois’s guidance.
Day’s teachings are born from her own disciplined and dedicated practice. She encourages students to challenge themselves physically, while, at the same time, be easy mentally. She is thrilled to share what she has learned with students in Miami and around the world. ♥
