Gentle Flow Yoga (~30 minutes)
Ease into the workshop with a gentle yoga practice designed to relax your body and mind, accessible to all levels.
Herbal Presentation
Learn about 5-7 herbs and their powerful benefits, including flavor profiles, key constituents, and how they support your body and wellness.
Tea Tasting
Enjoy tea tasting throughout the post-yoga portion of the class, savoring the flavors, and relaxing in community. Each herb will have tea made for you to try.
Tea Blending Workshop
Create your own custom herbal tea blend (4oz blend included with the price). Select from the featured herbs, learn blending techniques, and take home a personalized creation.
Details:
No special equipment needed—just bring what you’d normally use for yoga (bolster or chair optional).
All herbs, tea-making supplies, cups and containers will be provided.
