Youth Athletic Development Program
Athlete Performance Lab is a small-group training program designed for youth athletes who want to improve strength, speed, agility, and overall athletic performance in a structured, coached environment.
Each group is limited to just 4 athletes, allowing for highly individualized coaching focused on proper movement mechanics, progression, and performance development.

- 3 sessions per week (60 minutes each)
- Day 1: Strength Training (movement mechanics + foundational lifting technique)
- Day 2: Speed & Agility (acceleration, coordination, change of direction)
- Day 3: Athletic Performance Training (plyometrics, functional strength, sport-specific movement)
