During this workshop, you will explore your personal stress patterns, create awareness of triggers, reactions and responses; and gain everyday tools you can use to manage stress, build resilience and prioritize recovery. Finally, you’ll enjoy a deeply restorative practice with aromatherapy, marma therapy and sound renewal.
