{Intermediate/Advanced - Course}
Alright, let’s do some fun sh*t! In this mixed practice course, we’ll visit a curriculum of some of your favorite spooky but fun brain puzzles, spins, tricks, and transitions. Weekly practice will involve a focus on a group of skills aimed at helping you find your flow, ride the wave, and trust yourself!
Week 1: basework and handstands
Week 2: static dynamic
Week 3: spin pole
Week 4: heavy hitting choreo
Students should feel comfortable or have familiarity with sits and climbs, inversions from chopper or drop down, superman, apprentice, pole assisted forearm stands, pole assisted shoulder stands, inside and outside leg hangs, brass monkey hooks.
Kneepads and socks recommended, heels optional!
{Beginner/Intermediate - Course}
Have you started feeling comfortable with your basics and are ready to start exploring more specialized classes and practices? Don’t know where to start? Feeling confused? This course is meant for you! Dip your toes into specialized fundamentals with a slower paced and more focused beginner curriculum. If you’d like to feel more comfortable joining signature classes or just get a little taste of everything, you’ll love it here.
Week 1: Introduction to pole flow
Week 2: Introduction to heels
Week 3: Introduction to spin pole
Week 4: Introduction to floor inversions
Students should feel comfortable with basic spins and transitions: walking, dips, firefighter spin, front/back hook spins.
Students should feel comfortable with foundation tricks: sits, knee hook/jasmine
Kneepads recommended for some sessions, heels needed for week 2!
