In this 6-week series we will dive deeper into a our pole practice as we start to introduce more challenging moves! Students will learn a variety of spin combos, climb variations, and will work toward inverting to a chopper. Each class will feature 5-6 different moves which are broken down step-by-step with a focus on proper technique. Toward the end of class students have the opportunity to free dance and practice the moves that are taught with the lights down and music all the way up!
At the end of the 6-week series, students will be able to execute short intermediate combos and will be ready to move on to our Spin Pole Series!
In this 6-week series we will cover the fundamentals of pole dance--from beginner spins, to pole sits, to learning how to climb! Each class will feature 5-6 different moves which are broken down step-by-step with a focus on proper technique. Toward the end of class we string the moves together in a short choreographed sequence and break into small groups. The lights go down low, the music goes all the way up, and we get to dance for each other and cheer each other on! Woo!
At the end of the 6-week series, students will be able to execute short beginner combos and will be ready to move on to our Intermediate Pole Series!
