Twice a month we’ll be hosting very special sonic meditative journeys - a therapeutic sound bath. We have two sound facilitators - Lexi and Mayra - who offer different crafts and sounds.

By being bathed in sound, experience deep relaxation and stress relieving effects. Be immersed in the soothing sounds of therapeutic instruments such as Gongs, Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls and other instrument’s rich harmonic frequencies.

Switch off, feeling the stresses and strains of the day melting away as peace and harmony come singing back to you. Setting yourself up for a great weekend.

Have yourself in comfortable clothes, maybe a jumper, a small scarf like a bandana to wrap around our weighted eye masks, a blanket and cosy socks.
