Gather with Jocelyn Winn and Candy Jackson at The Writing Gallery, 146 North Main Street, for a brief tour and intention setting.
Then head next door to Blossom Yoga & Wellness for a restorative & grounding yoga session led by Candy.
Gain a sense of clarity through gentle movement & stretching, meditation, visualization, and silencing the chatter.
We'll end with time to journal and reflect.
