Lunchtime Barbell Club (Click For Details)
Barbell Club returns at a lunchtime slot on Thursday, April 16th @ Noon with Karen.This is a 5-week barbell training program that includes deadlifts, bench presses, rows, and back squats. The class will take place in the Danforth Clubhouse @ 1478 Danforth Ave.Since Barbell Club is open to BOMB members only, it's just $99+HST for the 5 weeks.Sign up in the app under "Barbell Club" or scroll to the date just like you would to book a class.

How to lift heavier, manage higher intensity, and get the right recovery

A four-week program for women aged 40-55+. Open to existing BOMB members only.

We will focus on heavier resistance training in short sets with emphasis on compound movements (e.g., squats/deadlifts/chest press) and longer recovery between sets when appropriate. There will be a little bit of higher impact, weight-bearing exercises, and attention to core and pelvic floor stability.
