PLEASE NOTE: This is a special limited series with a guest instructor. While it will run alongside our May/June curriculum term, weekly classes in this series are 75 minutes long and pricing is separate from regular Brass Butterflies curriculum classes and memberships. Brass Butterflies members (those on Caterpillar, Chrysalis, Monarch, or Kaleidoscope monthly memberships) receive a 10% discount on this series.

Description:
This course is designed for adult pole/aerial
students (age 16+) to learn Aerial Pole at their own pace, whether
at a beginner or advanced level, or anywhere in between! No prior
aerial pole experience is required for this class.
This course is designed for students of various
skill levels to develop the foundational strength, technique and
knowledge for practicing aerial pole safely. In this course,
students will be guided through a progressive curriculum of aerial
pole technique and conditioning that accommodates various levels of
skill and experience. Beginner level students will be introduced to
basic aerial pole skills including sits, climbs, arm holds, spins
and entry-level sequencing. Higher level students will be
introduced to more complex skills, sequences and dynamic movements,
including flares and inversions.
Pre-requisites: Completion of at least one term of Beginner
Pole or Aerials in any apparatus at Brass Butterflies or
equivalent.
Please note, there will be
apparatus sharing in this class.
