Find your rhythm. Own your power. Make ‘em stare.
Whether you’re brand new to burlesque or a seasoned dancer who wants to add some hips and heat to your movement, this 1.5 hour workshop is all about tapping into that feeling — the one where the beat hits just right, your body takes over, and every move drips with confidence.
We’ll start with the foundations of bump & grind — juicy hips, smooth grinds, playful pops — then build on them with musicality drills and choreo flow that help you ride the rhythm like it owes you money. Expect to get sweaty, sassy (heehee), and fully into your body.
You’ll Get:
-
A spicy warm-up that connects you to your curves and control
-
Drills to sharpen your timing and groove
-
Techniques for making choreography feel effortless (and fun)
-
A short bump & grind combo you can make your own — big stage or bedroom
-
Space to play, experiment, and feel delicious doing it
Open to all levels and styles, no experience required, just a willingness to move, sweat, and maybe fall in love with yourself a little.
Bring heels if you want, socks if you don’t, and water because it’s gonna get steamy!

This is your invitation to slow all the way down — and still make jaws drop. In this 1.5 hour choreography-based workshop, we’re diving into the art of controlled, intentional, sensual movement that doesn’t rush to impress — it commands attention.
Whether you're a total beginner or a trained dancer looking to soften the edges and feel more grounded in your body, this workshop will help you move with purpose, presence, and power. We'll explore how to melt into the music, hold space with stillness, and create choreography that simmers instead of shouts.
Expect:
-
A grounded warm-up to connect breath, body, and intention
-
Drills to develop strength, balance, and smooth transitions
-
Tips for embodying confidence through slower tempos
-
A flowy, sultry choreo combo that prioritizes feeling over performing
-
Space to experiment, explore, and move like you're made of honey
This workshop is open to all levels, all bodies, and all backgrounds. No need to be flexible, “sexy,” or experienced — just bring your body and your willingness to be in it.
Socks, bare feet, or heels — your choice. Just bring water and a mood.
