
Some of Dan’s favourite tricks are at the base of the pole. Handstands and cool base work tricks are some of his favourite things to do. So in this class Dan will go over the basics of pole handstands and offer some fun variations for us to try. Dan will be offering different variations to make sure that all levels feel challenged. And don’t worry, your wrists will get some rest time with some nice base work tricks and transitions in this class! Come and play at the base of the pole!
This class is suitable for Intermediate and above pole dancers. As a rough guide, we recommend you can do inverts, gemini and scorpio, extended butterfly and genie.

For the slower slinkier poler, this choreo session is perfect. This is a choreo class which will put your sexy side to the test. Come and learn one of Dan's signature heels flow choreo routines which he will teach us in this 1.5 hour class.
This workshop is suitable for all levels and includes some basic pole but is more focused on dance and base pole work.
Things you will need for this workshop: Heels (of any kind), bottle of water, towel and knee pads (leg warmers are also fine to use as kneepads)

In this class we work on fun flows and transitions at the base of the pole while wearing socks to make our feet slide effortlessly between each movement. With the popularity of flow style growing this is a great class to take for anyone looking to level up their flow skills and learn to create beautiful base work flows and movements.
This workshop is suitable for a mixture of levels. Most movements are from up right but having a basic invert could be useful for some movements.

In this special, intergenerational class, we invite families to have fun and explore movement while learning aerial hammock together. Kids and Youth ages 7-17 can join this class with a parent, grandparent, caregiver, or other responsible adult to learn in a fun, collaborative, environment. Up to two kids or youth can join with each adult (if you'd like to request an exception to this ratio, please reach out to the studio before registering). Family members who reside at the same address get a 10% discount for each additional person registering (e.g. adult pays full price, each related child that lives at the same address gets 10% off).
This class will focus on Aerial Hammock as the primary aerial apparatus and will also feature play based warm-up and ground based skills and even some partner skills that families can work on together. Skills taught will be tailored to the age, ability, and experience of the students. No experience required.
