tension show up in your low back, the solution may involve more
than just addressing the muscles along your spine.
In this 3-week Hanna Somatics series, you will experience ways to
ease the muscles, fascia, and ligaments that influence low back
comfort. Each week offers a different focus, giving you the
opportunity to discover and begin to release your low back pain and
movement limitations. The movements are simple, accessible, and can
be integrated into your personal practice so you can continue
supporting your low back long after the series ends.
