Livestream - Deep Rest: A Hanna Somatics Series Virtual

Tension in our bodies often occurs unconsciously and can arise from mental, emotional, and physical stressors in our lives. While not all tension causes pain, all tension does use energy and can eventually lead to fatigue and burnout.

Over this 4-week series you will be invited to slow down, move within your comfort, and be in relationship with yourself. By working with your nervous system through gentle movements and mindfulness practices you will begin to introduce new patterns of ease in your soma, deepen your experience of rest, and learn tools to take with you into your personal practice.

To get the full benefit of this series, students are asked to sign up for all 4 classes. Drop-in attendance will not be available for this series. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us
