RISE is an 8-week summer performance camp designed to build complete young athletes from the inside out. Built on our core pillars — Resilience, Intentional Movement, Strength, and Education — this program develops not only speed and power, but discipline, confidence, and leadership.
Athletes will train twice per week from June 15th through August 10th, following a progressive plan that builds foundational movement skills, acceleration mechanics, total-body strength, agility, and conditioning. Each session combines structured performance training with short educational segments focused on recovery, nutrition basics, mindset, and goal setting.
This is more than workouts — it’s a development system. Athletes will be evaluated using our BxB Performance Ladder and challenged to level up throughout the summer.
