Build steadiness,
mobility, and confidence in this six-week series designed for
every body. All movement takes place seated in a
chair or using it for support, making this practice ideal
for anyone with mobility challenges, joint sensitivity, or those
seeking a gentle yet effective way to stay active.
You’ll move, stretch, and build strength—without strain or
discomfort—through a well-rounded, low-impact practice that
improves flexibility, balance, and confidence. Each class offers an
energizing, accessible workout that engages your entire body while
being kind to your joints. You’ll build strength, increase range of
motion, and leave feeling more open, grounded, and capable.
Each class includes:
- An inspirational “love and
light” reading for the day
- Centering
breathwork
- Upper and lower body
warm-ups
- Gentle yoga, strength, and
conditioning
- Balance and hip mobility
exercises
- A grounding savasana to
close
This class is especially great if you travel often or want a routine that goes with you anywhere—no mat or props required, just your chair and an open mind.
Join Kelly and Neda for this six-week series designed to support you in the tender, transformative postpartum period. This class welcomes all new moms and birth parents—with or without your non-mobile baby—to move, breathe, and reconnect with your body in a safe, nurturing space.
Through gentle, mindful movement, you’ll begin to rebuild core and pelvic stability, release tension in the shoulders and hips, and restore balance to both body and mind. You’ll also have the chance to connect with other parents navigating this same season—sharing stories, laughter, and support.
Each class includes:
- Grounding breathwork to calm the nervous system
- Gentle core and pelvic floor reactivation
- Strength and mobility exercises for shoulders, hips, and spine
- Restorative poses for relaxation and release
- Community connection and space to share (if desired)
- A closing rest to replenish your energy
You’ll leave feeling more centered, supported, and empowered as you continue your postpartum healing journey.
Our next foundational 200-hour yoga teacher training begins in January 2026! Come chat with lead teachers Amy Boerner and Alexis Besosa in this free information session.
Amy and Alexis will talk about what they wish they had known before starting their first YTT, what goes on in the classroom, and next steps after the program. You’ll also get to talk with other prospective trainees.
At the Winter Solstice, the
longest night of the year, we enter the stillness of Water—the
element of deep yin, restoration, and the wisdom that arises from
silence. It is a threshold moment: the turning of the dark toward
the light, the pause between what has been and what is yet to
come.
In this QiGong and Yoga Dance fusion, we’ll honor the season’s
invitation to slow down and root into the body’s hidden reservoirs
of vitality. Through gentle QiGong forms, we’ll awaken the
kidneys—the storehouse of jing, our ancestral essence—and feel the
downward, grounding current of winter energy. Spacious time will be
given to sense the breath as a bridge: gathering nourishment on the
inhale, releasing what is complete on the exhale, and resting in
the quiet potency in between.
Then, carried by music and the liberating spirit of Yoga Dance,
we’ll allow movement to rise from the depths—preverbal, intuitive,
expressive. Stillness and motion will weave together like water and
light, creating a living meditation that replenishes and
renews.
Together we’ll gather in community to honor the turning of the
season, replenish our inner waters, and kindle the quiet flame of
light that guides us forward.
Your guide is Jennifer Lucero-Earle, a trauma-informed registered

Wear comfortable clothes for easy movement. No shoes

A
sacred return to light...
December
21st is Winter Solstice and marks the darkest night of the year in
the Northern Hemisphere—a profound turning point when we pause to
honor the stillness, the mystery, and the quiet rebirth of light.
It is a time for reflection, release, and renewal.
Join Amanda for a special Kundalini Yoga and gong sound
healing workshop to align with this sacred seasonal
threshold. Through dynamic breathwork, kriya, and meditation, we
will awaken the life force within, balance the chakras, and gently
dissolve tension from body and mind.
We’ll
then transition into an extended gong bath—a
deeply restorative sound meditation designed to support nervous
system healing, inner spaciousness, and energetic clearing. Let the
vibrations wash over you, guiding you into a place of profound
stillness and renewal.
You’ll
leave feeling grounded, open-hearted, and attuned to the quiet
wisdom of winter—ready to plant seeds for the light that lies
ahead.
No prior experience with Kundalini yoga is
needed. All are welcome.
