Give your child a chance to unwind, build confidence, and have fun in this engaging elementary yoga class with Helen. Designed for children ages 5–11, this 45-minute class offers a supportive, kid-friendly space where participants can explore movement and mindfulness independently, without caregivers present.
Helen thoughtfully guides students through a blend of playful, age-appropriate yoga activities that integrate movement, mindfulness, and breath. Each session is designed to support growing bodies and developing minds—helping children strengthen focus, improve emotional regulation, and build balance, coordination, and body awareness. Through creative sequencing, games, and moments of calm reflection, students are encouraged to connect with themselves while also fostering a sense of community with their peers.
Offered as a weekly series, this class allows children to deepen their practice over time, building familiarity, confidence, and a strong foundation in yoga and mindfulness skills they can carry into school and everyday life.
Registration is per child, and as this is a drop-off class, all students must be fully independent for bathroom needs. Please be sure to register your child with their own account and enter their birthdate so the instructor knows the age of all children attending.
Join Kelly and Neda for this six-week series designed to support you in the tender, transformative postpartum period. This class welcomes all new moms and birth parents—with or without your non-mobile baby—to move, breathe, and reconnect with your body in a safe, nurturing space.

Each class includes:

- Gentle core and pelvic floor reactivation
- Strength and mobility exercises for shoulders, hips, and spine
- Restorative poses for relaxation and release
- Community connection and space to share (if desired)
- A closing rest to replenish your energy
