Foundations of West Coast Swing (WCS) is a beginner class designed to instruct students on the basic structure and style of WCS. Upon completion students will be prepared to enter any of the Intermediate WCS classes. This is also a great class if you have done some WCS and would like to learn more about the structure and or have an interest in competing in WCS. The class is 40 minutes long. Open practice follows for 20 minutes.  

This class is designed to get you out on the floor for any event. It teaches two fast dances and a slow dance so students will be able to dance to almost any kind of music after taking the class. After the first 5 lessons students, should expect to be able to participate on any dance floor. The total curriculum is 25 lessons separated into five five-week sessions. Simply Social Session One will cover the first 5 lessons of the curriculum.
