As we cross the threshold into spring, day and night come into balance — a gentle reminder that we, too, are allowed to find steadiness between effort and ease.
This special two-hour equinox gathering is a deeply grounding restorative yoga and massage experience designed to support your nervous system, soften held tension, and create space for renewal. With extra time to rest and settle, you’ll be invited to truly slow down — softening not only into the postures, but into your own inner experience.
Through long-held, fully supported restorative shapes, your body will be guided into genuine rest while hands-on massage is woven throughout the practice to help melt stress and encourage deeper release. Expect a slow, quiet evening of stillness, warmth, and care.
We’ll begin with gentle settling and breath, move into nourishing restorative postures supported by props, and close with a grounding integration to leave you feeling balanced, rooted, and gently reawakened — just like the season itself.
To complete our time together, we’ll finish with a short meditation and optional silent journaling. This reflective space is an invitation to sit with and deepen into any insights that surfaced during practice, or to express them through writing — carrying the clarity of the equinox forward with intention.
This practice is about receiving. It’s an opportunity to pause, recalibrate, and step into spring feeling rested, restored, and in balance.
