Start your journey with training that is much deeper than learning to be a yoga teacher and that will take you on the path to living yoga off the mat.
This event is the perfect way to find out more about CENTER Yoga Teacher Training. This event will begin with a free 30min gentle yoga class followed by an information session led by the trainer, and CENTER Yoga + Wellness owner, Petra Haynes.
This session is highly recommended for students considering our teacher training, as well as serious students of yoga who are curious as to what taking a teacher training involves and how to take their yoga practice to the next level.
Petra, the owner of CENTER Yoga, is E-RYT500, YACEP, and she grants regular yoga practice with being able to quiet her autoimmune system into long term remission. Her teaching style is CENTERed around YogaWorks method, a Vinyasa-based flow method that balances precise instruction, detailed alignment, breath and fluid movement layered with longer holds to improve strength and flexibility. Her classes are carefully themed to deepen the students’ experience of yoga. Petra completed more than 1,200hrs of advanced yoga teacher studies, with Yoga Works’ lead trainer Jody Rufty, Vesselify School of yoga and Amy Ippoliti, and restorative yoga master teacher Jillian Pransky, to best support CENTER teachers and students.
