In this immersive sound bath and chakra‑healing experience, sound practitioner Jim Robinson will gently guide participants through a deeply restorative journey designed to calm the mind, relax the body, and open pathways for energetic balance.
From the moment you enter, you’re invited to leave the outside world at the door. Begin with energy flow through Tai Chi & Qigong movements then settle into comfort — with mats, blankets, pillows, and grounding breathwork — creating a sense of safety and ease. As the session unfolds, layers of sound gradually carry you deeper into relaxation.

“monkey mind,” clearing mental clutter.
✨ Steady rhythmic drumwork shifts your awareness
