Grief lives in the body as much as it does in the heart. This two hour Grief Yoga class offers a compassionate, supportive space for anyone experiencing loss—recent or long-held.
Through restorative and gentle yoga, guided mindfulness, and meditation, participants are invited to slow down, soften, and reconnect with themselves at their own pace. There is no expectation to “fix” or move past grief. Instead, this class honours where you are, allowing space for rest, reflection, and quiet presence.
Postures are fully supported with props and options, focusing on comfort, safety, and nervous system regulation. Mindfulness and meditation practices are offered as invitations, helping cultivate awareness, grounding, and moments of calm amid uncertainty.
