Jordan's unique kirtan sessions are genuinely moving experiences for the community with a focus on gratitude, forgiveness, and the divine mother. Attendees will experience laughter, deep cleansing tears, and an organic feeling of interpersonal (and universal) connectedness.
Although we go very deep within the heart, this is perfectly balanced by a lighthearted and authentic approach which makes this accessible to total beginners and life long bhaktas alike. We will pray for those who have departed this world, those who will be here in the future, our Mother, our Father, our inner child, and also for one another.
The music incorporates Buddhist and Sanskrit mantras, along with stories from Jordan's experiences touring for the past decade with chant luminaries Snatam Kaur, Deva Premal and Miten, Ajeet, Simrit, Adam Bauer, Guru Ganesha, Hans Christian, the Landis Brothers, and Salif Bamakora; his time living at Arunachala in India (the abode of Ramana Maharshi), a relationship with Kripalu that goes back over 30 years; and other humorous and illuminating insights on the spiritual path.
