Full Moon Mindful Movement

The full moon is a perfect time to let go of the things that
are holding you back from living your best life and reaching your
fullest potential. Practicing yoga during a full moon offers you
the opportunity to refresh, rejuvenate and release any built up
tension or stress and allows you to feel more grounded and
fulfilled. Evening is the best time to practice and this will also
allow you to reap the benefits as you wind down before bed.
Following a moonlit walk to the shore line where we will release our tensions to waters and set our intentions with the light and power of the full moon, we will flow through a beauty-filled yoga practice in the cozy candlelit warmth of The Space at Blackbush in beautiful Tracadie by the Sea.
You could even plan to stay the night for that great deep sleep that’s bound to follow.
