RESTORATIVE TRAINING
FRIDAY: 2PM-5:30PMm SATURDAY: 12PM-4PM & SUNDAY: 12PM-4PM
Rest in our modern world has become a lost Art and Restorative Yoga is a revolutionary tool to provide the conditions and the means to uncover the rest we so desperately seek.
This Restorative Training will provide the teacher with a clear understanding of stress and its effects on our nervous system and lives. We will be exploring how Restorative postures, Pranayama and guided imagery can be use to release and relieve the deeply held layers of tension in our bodies, our minds and our hearts, unlocking the peace and ease that lay beneath.
Trainee will also learn about subtle energy and how to use this wisdom to tune into their students, developing the ability to see and sense physical and energetic misalignments. In Restorative Yoga we adopt the role of nurturer and guide through the discovery of your own unique voice, sounds, touch, specific themes, verbal cues and transformative poses.
This practice is dear and near to my heart, I hope you will join me.
