
Spring Cleanse:
Let’s prepare for spring together! During this workshop, you’ll
learn the importance of cleansing; why we do it during this time of
the season, how this will impact the rest of our wellbeing for the
year. You’ll also learn that In Ayurveda, after cleansing, we
rebuild and nourish, giving us a strong foundation to avoid
seasonal allergies, and all the rest of symptoms that sometimes
come with fall and winter.
Option one: If you are not ready for a cleanse, or you are not sure
and need more information on how this can help you? What is all
this about?
My recommendation is to come to class, to understand the
process.

Option 2: Group cleanse. The program is a 6 week program, starting
the day of the workshop. After that, we’ll meet weekly, for 1 hr,
for questions and continuing education.
Program includes:
-A recipe book will be given with recipes to follow during these 6
weeks. It’s a simple diet, mostly vegetarian. (Yes, you can still
go out to have dinner, now and then, while in the program).
-Continuing support during the process with a WhatsApp Group with
all participants (no individual messages, unless previously
scheduled).
-1 hr a week group meeting for advise and continuing education
during the process. Step-by-step, we all go through the process
together. It might look the same but the process is different for
everyone and requires continuing supervision as necessary.
-At the end of the 6 weeks a single appointment of 45 min to
discuss any other questions or concerns.

This Yin Yoga, Reiki, and Soundbath workshop is an experience designed to promote deep relaxation, healing, and energetic balance.
Enjoy a slow and nurturing sequence of Yin poses guided by Athena, with optional Reiki provided by Saira. once Yin concludes you transition to a resting position (savasana) for soundbath, where Saira and Athena collab in creating an intentional and healing sound experience.

What's included in this 2.5 hour sourdough bread workshop:
- Hands-on learning of the whole sourdough process
- Caring for and feeding a sourdough starter
- How to bake sourdough bread on a busy schedule
- Learning to read your dough
- Breaducation: A sourdough bread baking glossary.
- Proofing basket, a razor(for scoring), a flexible dough scraper and mason jar with a starter to take home.
- Each participant will start a loaf of sourdough bread to later take home and finish.
Taking a personal journey into breadmaking not only contributes to healthy eating, but perhaps even more importantly, the general sense of wellbeing through the productive use of our hands, our senses and the stimulation of our mind.
