You’ll explore foundational Heels techniques, learn safe
practices, and build repertoire while developing strength,
coordination, and grace. Whether you’re starting fresh or
reigniting your passion for dance, this course is your first step
to owning the floor in Heels!
Footwear: A dance heel is preferable (check out our shop!)
Flexible sole, strap around the ankle for security recommended. No
wedges. MUST WEAR NON STREAKING SOLES.
