Buti, Bliss and Bowls is a 2 hour journey to self through yoga, breath and sound therapy. 40 minutes of Buti yoga to connect with our primal self and the earth, 45 minutes of gentle deep stretch and breath work to embody our personal commitment and a 30 minute sound bath to rest and receive the wisdom that lies just beyond the veil. Buti yoga is a high intensity combination of yoga, dance, and plyometrics. Be prepared to sweat, reflect and then deep rest your way to a new you in just 2 hours! Limit 10 people.
