This 4-week Workshop is a specialized Pilates program to improve the necessary movement skills for golf, designed specifically for men. During the 4 weeks we will take a deep dive into three different movement patterns; rotation of the spine, mobility of the hips and stability of the shoulder. The goal of this workshop is to give you the tools you need to not only improve your swing but also to help you train the body for injury prevention, focused control and to help balance the body between mobility (fluidity of movement) and stability (strength).
These will all be movement classes so come prepared to workout, fine tune your movement skills and improve your game as you add Pilates to your cross training regimen.
