Learn to identify areas of tension and how they connect with other parts of your body and practice self-massage techniques that can release specific tissues to help you feel better on the mat, at the gym, and in your daily activities. Bring a yoga mat and dress for movement. Please avoid overly baggy/loose clothing. Advanced registration strongly recommended.
