Work and motherhood is always a hot topic -- and it's one that doesn't have a one-size-fits-all definition or any “right answers.” The challenges are REAL and coming together to support each other is one of the best ways to navigate it all.
This group is for:
- mamas planning to return to work after maternity leave
- mamas who have recently returned to work
- mamas still deciding whether they should return to work and on what terms
- mamas who have been away from work for a year or less
We'll meet each week to discuss a new topic related to work and motherhood all while sharing resources, ideas, and advice in a supportive space.
This group is led by Limited License Marriage and Family Therapist Jordie Smith, M.S., LLMFT. Group is limited to 8 participants, advanced registration is required.
