Krav Maga Yellow Belt Test

This test is for students who are eligible to promote to Yellow Belt. This test will last approximately 2-3 hours and will encompass technique review, stress drills, and limited sparring. Bring gloves, plenty of water, and some snacks to keep your energy up.

Open to all DFW Combat Co ladies! Join us for a morning of training and hanging out with your favorite gals (we promise to get you out in time for brunch). Be prepared to work hard for 90 minutes followed by some free-work/socialization.
GEAR IS REQUIRED! Bring your Boxing Gloves, Shin Guards and Mouth Piece so we can have fun and train safe.
