Inversions are not only mentally scary but also physically complex.
However, Inversions allow us to build inner strength and confidence to
move through obstacles on and off our mat.
This workshop will break down the complex body areas that need to be
appropriately warmed up and engaged in executing flight. We will also
look at anatomical and energetic habits that get in the way of getting
proper alignment, body coordination, muscular activation, and a deep
understanding of the relationship between the shoulder & core for
stability and balance. Finally, as you gain confidence, you'll learn
several techniques to help you levitate with grace and ease.
Often breaking down our own mental boundaries can also tap us into the

In the event of cancellation, the following policies apply:
31 days or more prior to the workshop: Your payment can be refunded in full.
15 - 30 days prior to the workshop: Payments are refundable, less a 30% administration fee
14 days or less prior to the workshop: Payments are not refundable, but are transferable (less a 30% administration fee) to another event or workshop at Village Yoga.
Withdrawals from active events or workshops will result in the loss of all fees paid. Active withdrawal applies to any cancellation made with 48 hours of the event/workshop start time.
