Do you love crystals and would like to experience their energy
in a safe, gentle and informative environment? Join Ian and his
crystal buddies for over an hour of relaxation and healing as you
lay comfortably around a large, unique crystal grid and work with
your own group of stones from his private collection. For this time
you will go deep within while crystal energy flows through, as well
as, receiving a personal energy healing: clearing, balancing and
charging your chakra energy system. Ian keeps his crystals cleared
and charged in his own sacred space so they are fresh and ready to
assist you in whatever your intention for class time may be.
Feel free to bring along your own rocks and crystals, pillows,
blankets, stuffed animals or whatever helps you feel cozy,
comfortable and taken care of.
This class is very intentional and because of that the set-up is
extremely important. Due to the nature of the class being very
different than other offerings, the participation size is limited
to 15 persons and since this class takes around 30 minutes to set
up and prepare for, registering ahead (even one hour before start
time) is essential. Because of this unfortunately walk-ins will be
more difficult to accomidate. Thanks for your understanding and
excited to see you there! Please reach out if you have any
questions, requests or specific needs. Thanks!
An Evening of Rest, Ritual, & Sound
Maha Shivaratri is the Great Night of Shiva—a sacred time in the yogic tradition devoted to stillness, dissolution, and inner remembrance. It is a night when awareness naturally turns inward and the inner being beneath all form becomes more accessible.
Rather than celebration, Shivaratri is traditionally honored through simplicity and wakeful rest. The “sacred dark” is not absence, rather a fertile field from which clarity and renewal arise.
This 2-hour gathering is an invitation to release what is ready to fall away and rest in the silent presence that remains when striving softens. The evening will include supported restorative postures, guided inner listening, altar offering, chanting, and a sound bath savasana.
No prior experience with mantra, ritual, or restorative yoga is needed. White or light colored clothing is encouraged, but optional.
Come as you are.
Leave with the quiet wisdom of sacred darkness.

Stillness & Sound: Yin Yoga with Live Cello
A Ritual for the Season of Release
Autumn is the season of the exhale—of letting go, refining, and returning inward. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this is the time of the Metal element, which governs the lungs and large intestine and invites us to breathe deeply, soften around sorrow, and uncover the essential.
This 90-minute Yin Yoga offering is a gentle ritual of rest and release, held in the embrace of live cello music. Through long-held floor postures, breath awareness, and poetic reflection, we’ll honor the rhythms of the season and create space within body and heart.
The cello’s resonant tones will guide us inward—layering sound into stillness, and spaciousness into silence. Together, we’ll rest into the beauty of what remains.
All are welcome—no prior yoga experience needed. Please bring a yoga mat, any ritual items, and layers for warmth. Space is limited to preserve the intimacy of sound and practice.
