Goddess Yoga is the art of sacred and sensual movement. This practice is a fusion of vinyasa flow, somatic and belly dance inspired movement, breath-work, and throat activation. We begin class in a circle to create connection by sharing and supporting each other as women, then move into intentional movement that supports awakening the feminine divine within.
This practice has had profound physical, emotional, and spiritual transformation in women.

A night of community mantra - 108 repetitions of the Mahamrityunjaya Mantra
Attendees can expect a grounded evening of mantra, featuring 108 repetitions of the Mahamrityunjaya mantra, one of the oldest and most well-known Sanskirt mantras from the Vedas. This event will primarily feature voices, omitting instrumentation for the sake of simplicity. Join us for an hour-long chanting event.

As the days grow shorter and we walk into the dark night of winter, you are invited to gather in ceremony, remembering the radiant light that dwells within. Guided by the spirit of Blue Lotus—the luminous flower of intuition and awakening—we’ll share in a tea ceremony, gentle yoga, and guided journeying to honor the season’s invitation to turn inward.
Through movement, meditation, and story, we’ll meet the inner goddess and her dragon—the ancient, luminous power that coils beneath the surface, waiting to be reclaimed. Together, we remember our wings and awaken the quiet flame that guides us through the dark.
At the altar of remembering, we open space for shared prayer and gentle co-creation. Those who feel called may bring a poem, song, or creative offering to weave into our collective ritual—always welcomed, never required. All beings who identify with their inner goddess are warmly invited to join this circle of remembrance, power, and renewal as we journey together into the heart of winter.

Led in four parts by Brittany Cochran, Amanda Meader, Frances Lin, and John Scharfe, this communal journey blends strength, meditation, and ritual. Whether you move through all 108 salutations or rest and witness the energy of the group, your presence is part of the circle.
