This Yin yoga workshop is 2.5 hours of
rest and relaxation. You will be guided through a meditation and a
gentle floor based Yin yoga sequence. This session will explore
stillness, gentle movement and leave us feeling renewed and
refreshed. Yin yoga encourages healthy energy to flow freely
through our bodies and helps us come into a state of balance. We
will finish with a long guided relaxation. This workshop is open to
everyone. You don’t need to have done yoga before to get the
benefits of this. Tea and treats at the end!
