Breakdown of Certification Hours
- In Person Training in Orlando: 55 contact hrs (54 hours over the 4 weekends, and then a scheduled 1 hour live practicum class for each participant).
- Virtual Zoom Sessions: 5 2-hour sessions (to check in, review assignments, discussion, support, etc.; 10 hours in total).
- Self-paced work: 30 hours
(completion of the supplemental courses that are included).

Expectations
- Attend all virtual and live sessions.

Air “Aerial” Yoga
The Air portion of the training is intended to expand your knowledge and experience of Aerial Yoga. There are no prerequisites to attend, and all modules will be a la carte. Come to one or come to all! If you are interested in the certification portion, completion of all modules is required.
The Elevate Aerial Yoga Teacher Training is a comprehensive, 55-hour certification. Open to anyone, including existing yoga teachers and students who are interested in teaching Aerial Yoga or who wish to deepen their practice, without the desire to teach.
This training is split into four separate modules, which will
cover:
(F) Foundations of Air Yoga (2 modules)
(AP) Air Power with Flips and Tricks
(AY) Air Yin Yoga
Upon completion of the program, you will be instilled with the
knowledge and confidence to lead a safe, enjoyable and energizing
class.
*If you are interested in obtaining the Aerial Teacher
Certification, you must be present for all contact hours , teach
one Karma class and pass the written exam.
The Aerial training modules only $400 Each:

Supplemental Pose Analysis - Building on the
Fundamental/Supplemental Poses.
MODULE 2 - (F) Foundations of Air Yoga - Class Management -

MODULE 4 - (AY) Air Yin – Yin Theory - Air Yin Poses - Yin

Payment, Cancellation, & Attendance
Policy:
If you cancel within 14 days before the start of
the program or do not attend the program, the entire deposit and
program tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable. Once the
program begins the program tuition is non-refundable and
non-transferable. If you are unable to
take the training in full, and/or miss more than 27
hours, or more than a year passes without making up your missed
hours: the program tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable
and you will be required to pay in full to retake a future
training.
